GEAUX Mobile is BREC's newest adventure in bringing recreation to communities throughout East Baton Rouge Parish providing a variety of supervised, fun, active physical recreation experiences to children who live in neighborhoods known as "play deserts," areas in which there isn't a playground within walking distance. First Tee introduces the community program as an easy-to-deliver, all inclusive program with modified golf equipment and introduces First Tee Nine Core Values: Honesty - Integrity - Sportsmanship - Respect - Confidence - Responsibility - Perserverance - Courtesy - Judgement to these children. This new program in part is in cooperation with the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana Foundation's Challenge for a Healthier Louisiana Grant and thanks to their support a second Geaux Mobile was added in the fall of 2015!
